On the PAFOA forum Shadowcat187 said he will supply aluminum foil, paper plates, plastic utensils, condiments and such amenities, (even though ground cow was his original offering) . A new arrival on the scene, JasonW, said he will provide venison burger and buns thus negating the need for Shadowcat to supply burgers.. I will not be supplying propane since brian made the comment about canned fire not being appropriate for this event. In addition to the charcoal grill/smoker I will provide 3 pounds of slab bacon and probably a few more items, I'm thinking about another rack of ribs to go along with the ones supplied by P7hk9 just in case we get a few more attendees. Update my status please, I will have 3 guests instead of the one I posted earlier, my son and my lifelong best friend & his wife will be joining us.

Still bringing ribs. Just looking for a time to show up. I'll let someone else give you the "starting time", I probably won't be there before 10:00, I don't know what time the fire in the grill will be lit, that depends on how long it takes to cook chickens and ribs. I'm not a chef and I don't pretend to be, I want good food so I always leave the cooking to someone else who knows what they're doing. I'll be getting the grill on site sometime Friday along with the bacon and some real utensils like knives, cutting board, a tray to cook the bacon on, etc... Brian said he'll get the charcoal and I presume it will be there Friday night as well. Fingers is probably the one who would be best able to determine start time, he's a damn good cook, knows what he's doing with heat and meat. I think we should probably try to eat sometime between 4:00-6:00, that would make a good case for eating twice, a batch of burgers, (with bacon of course), dogs and sausage early in the day and the good stuff later. That's only my opinion, what does anyone else have to say about it?

There are some drinks available at the club for a 75¢ donation. Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, and a few sugar free/caffeine free variations. There is also bottled water available for a 50¢ donation. Brad volunteered a case of Franziskaner and there is Yuengling Premium, Pabst, Old Milwaukee and Keystone Light available for a donation of $1.50. Alcohol is not permitted on the range. We will not tolerate irresponsible drinking, a beer or two with lunch or dinner is fine, excessive consumption is a violation. If anyone would like to donate drinks or simply take your own that is fine, we are not committed to consuming only what is already on site.
